The first step to losing weight is to stay away or at least drastically reduce the intake of unnaturally processed foods, this includes, frozen meals, cheese “products”, and meats like hot dogs. Choose instead, calorie burning foods like boneless skinless chicken or turkey breast, eggs, most types of fish, nuts, and hard cheeses such as aged cheddars.

Don’t forget about your fruits and veggies also, they not only are good for you, but can provide you with a satisfying snack that is weight loss friendly. Fruits like raspberries and blackberries also have antioxidants which are wonderful for the skin and can keep you out of the Botox clinics.

Be sure to drink enough water also, studies have shown that by drinking one 8 ounce glass of water before each meal, reduces your calorie intake by as much as 200 calories.
