How to burn more fat whilst running

Running is one of the best ways to lose weight and keep fit. Furthermore there is nothing like a one hour jog in the park before work. Running energizes you; it makes you healthy and good looking. But this is a weight loss blog so here is my advice on how to loose more weight whilst you are doing my favorite thing in the world, running. By the way, from two weeks now I love it even more as I have purchase a really nice gps running watch which keeps track of every single run so I can analyze my performance and improve my technique and routine. But back to the topic, first of all there is one golden rule, always run on an empty stomach. There are several reasons for that. First of all when you run slightly hungry you have more energy because your body is busy with keeping you in motion and not digesting your breakfast. Second of all when you run on an empty stomach you actually burn body fat only, and not the food you have just ate. This is crucial for your slimming up. Naturally, there are several other things you can do in order to stimulate the fat burning process even more. One of them is to drink one table spoon of organic apple vinegar prior to running. One warning though don’t do that if you have any stomach problems. I usually mix the vinegar with distilled water. You can also have a regular cup of green tea, coffee or whatever gets you going. If you are in such things, you can take a fat burning pill. I personally only tolerate L-carnitine and nothing else. But the best thing is to avoid such substances. They cost a lot of money and it takes a while for any visible effect to take place.
