Second of all when you run on an empty stomach you actually burn body fat only, and not the food you have just ate. This is crucial for your slimming up. Naturally, there are several other things you can do in order to stimulate the fat burning process even more. One of them is to drink one table spoon of organic apple vinegar prior to running. One warning though don&rsquo;t do that if you have any stomach problems. I usually mix the vinegar with distilled water. You can also have a regular cup of green tea, coffee or whatever gets you going. If you are in such things, you can take a fat burning pill. I personally only tolerate L-carnitine and nothing else. But the best thing is to avoid such substances. They cost a lot of money and it takes a while for any visible effect to take place.</p>
